- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a support ticket.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
2. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use the System for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not submit tickets containing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Do not upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
3. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
- All information submitted through the System will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information unless necessary for resolving your issue.
- By submitting a ticket, you grant us the right to access, review, and use the information solely for the purpose of providing support.
4. Response Times and Availability
- Response times may vary based on the nature and severity of the issue.
- Support is available during 8:00am-6:00pm Central Time, excluding holidays and weekends unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Wingspan Consulting is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the System, including delays in response or failure to resolve a support issue.
- The System is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied.
6. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time for violations of these Terms or at our sole discretion.
